Discover: Find and Assess the Right Problem
Five skills for problem exploration, competitive analysis, stakeholder understanding, journey mapping, and market sizing.
Product Management Blueprint
Safety checkedA curated library of 68 production-ready PM skills covering the full product lifecycle across discovery, definition, development, delivery, measurement, and learning phases, plus cross-cutting foundation skills, utility tools, and structured workshop methodologies.
Run this command to deploy the blueprint to your environment.
Runs production-ready product management workflows end to end, from research through iteration. Encodes professional frameworks, best practices, and quality bars across the entire product lifecycle so teams can ship consistent, evidence-grounded artifacts without starting from zero each time. Removes the need to prompt-engineer every artifact by hand.
/pm-skills:deliver-prd for a product spec, foundation-persona for a user profile, measure-experiment-design for a test plan). 3. Pass your context (problem statement, research notes, competitor intel, etc.) and the agent produces the artifact using the built-in template, example, and framework. 4. Chain multiple skills into workflows for end-to-end processes (Design Sprint, Feature Kickoff, Lean Startup, Triple Diamond) or use /chain to run custom sequences. Output: production-quality PM artifacts that reflect institutional best practices, not generic AI responses.Five skills for problem exploration, competitive analysis, stakeholder understanding, journey mapping, and market sizing.
Five skills for problem framing, hypothesis articulation, opportunity mapping, jobs-to-be-done canvas, and prioritization framework execution.
Four skills for solution briefs, technical decision records, design rationale, and spike documentation.
Six skills for PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, launch checklists, and release notes.
Six skills for experiment design, instrumentation specs, dashboard requirements, experiment results, OKR grading, and survey analysis.
Four skills for retrospectives, lessons logging, pivot decisions, and refinement notes.
Eleven skills for personas, lean canvas, OKRs, meetings, action planning, and stakeholder briefings.
27 skills including Foundation Sprint and Design Sprint methodologies, utility meta-tools, and 6 sub-agent orchestrators.
Every PM artifact your team ships - PRDs, research syntheses, OKRs, experiment designs, launch plans, retrospectives - is grounded in proven frameworks and mirrors the quality of work from experienced product teams, without prompt engineering.
Requires Node 22.x to build the documentation site (previously Python MkDocs). Compliant with the agentskills.io specification; works across Claude Code (plugin), GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, and ChatGPT (manual SKILL.md paste). All 68 skills include frontmatter metadata, trigger-accuracy evals, output-scenario references, and sample libraries organized across three fictional company narratives (Brainshelf, Storevine, Workbench) for grounding expectations.
The library is outcome-focused and refuses to fabricate data (survey confidence labels, market sizing baselines, OKR targets, hypothesis confidence) when evidence is missing. Some skills require pre-work: Design Sprint needs a confirmed problem; experiment designs need a validated hypothesis first. Sub-agent orchestration is EXPERIMENTAL on non-Claude platforms. MCP server (pm-skills-mcp) is in maintenance mode; use the plugin for new installations.
68 Production Skills
Phase skills (30) for each major PM activity across Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver, Measure, Iterate; Foundation skills (11) for personas, OKRs, meetings, plans; Utility skills (12) for meta-tooling and workflow orchestration; Tool families (15) for Foundation and Design Sprint methodologies.
Triple Diamond Framework
Six-phase product lifecycle organizing all phase skills: Discover (problem exploration), Define (framing), Develop (solution exploration), Deliver (specification and launch), Measure (validation), Iterate (learning and improvement).
Workshop Methodologies
Foundation Sprint (2-day strategic alignment) and Design Sprint (5-day prototype-and-test) families with full 7-skill sequences, daily moves, and decision templates.
Workflow Chains
12 end-to-end workflows for common PM scenarios: Feature Kickoff, Lean Startup, Triple Diamond, Customer Discovery, Sprint Planning, Post-Launch Learning, Product Strategy, Stakeholder Alignment, Technical Discovery, plus ad-hoc chaining via `/chain`.
Sub-Agent Orchestration
6 active sub-agents (pm-critic, pm-skill-auditor, pm-changelog-curator, pm-release-conductor, pm-workflow-orchestrator, pm-skill-router) for specialized tasks like adversarial review, catalog auditing, and guided workflow execution. Dispatch skills extend to other platforms.
