What does this do

Solutions Consultants need to rapidly transform rough discovery notes into compelling visual before-and-after workflow diagrams 24-48 hours before a scheduled demo. The workflow takes messy notes about a prospect's current process and produces a polished diagram enriched with competitive context (via G2 data) that mirrors the prospect's pain points back to them, then flips to show how the product transforms that workflow. This visual anchors the entire demo narrative and helps SCs proactively address competitive tools the prospect is likely evaluating.

How It Works

SCs input prospect's current workflow from discovery notes along with use case, industry, and company size. The agent structures the current state process into formal workflow steps tagged with systems used, responsible parties, time required, and pain levels. It enriches pain points by querying G2 data for common issues in that industry. The agent then designs a future state workflow showing improvements enabled by the product with quantified benefits. Finally it produces visual diagrams (Mermaid or Miro/Lucidchart format) showing before/after workflows with delta summaries and generates demo scripts with talking points mapped to each diagram stage plus objection handles and G2 social proof statements
