Turns Claude Code into a YouTube growth consultant that grounds every recommendation in platform benchmarks, algorithm mechanics, and your channel's actual data. Instead of generic advice, you get tier-specific strategies for channel size, niche-matched templates, and data-driven metrics to measure progress.

1. Answer three questions: channel niche, subscriber tier (new/growing/established/authority), and primary goal (growth/monetization/brand authority). 2. Run any skill independently or chain them: ideate→script→metadata, or audit→strategy→calendar. 3. Each skill loads only the reference data it needs (algorithm guide, SEO playbook, retention scripting guide, etc.) and produces structured output. Output: actionable video briefs, scripts with retention hooks, SEO packages, analytics breakdowns, and monetization plans.

Requires Claude Code CLI because the skill is built on the Agent Skills open standard for orchestration and routing. Python 3.8+ needed only for execution scripts (fetch_channel_data.py, fetch_video_analytics.py, search_competitor_videos.py, fetch_transcript.py); not required if providing data manually. YouTube API v3 key enables automated data fetching but is optional. DataForSEO MCP and NanoBanana MCP are optional enhancements; skill degrades gracefully without them (WebSearch fallback for keyword data, text briefs instead of generated images).

Requires Claude Code CLI (beta feature). YouTube API credential setup is optional but recommended for live data; workflows function with manual data input if skipped. DataForSEO MCP integration incurs $0.002–$0.04 per command (optional; falls back to WebSearch). NanoBanana MCP is optional; text-based thumbnail briefs work without it. Status is beta; breaking changes may occur before v1.0.
