About Adr Setup

Adr Setup (adr-skills) is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server designed primarily for development teams that use Claude Code. It captures conversations during development and leverages Claude Opus to automatically generate, review, and manage Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), which are then organized and saved locally. This eliminates the need for manual ADR writing, streamlining documentation of architectural decisions without interrupting the workflow.
