Cycles MCP Server is an open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server built to provide runtime budget, action, and audit control for any MCP-compatible AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or custom agents). It enables platform teams, agent developers, and enterprises to enforce spend limits, tool call caps, action permissions, and maintain audit trails, all without modifying agent code. The server integrates Cycles' budget management tools into the agent's tool-calling loop, supporting per-customer, per-workflow, or per-tenant budgeting and metering in multi-tenant and enterprise setups.
