Elythea

Elythea is an AI-powered maternal health platform that uses proprietary machine learning models to predict and prevent life-threatening pregnancy complications — including postpartum hemorrhage, preeclampsia, preterm labor, and emergency C-sections — as early as a patient's first prenatal visit. It integrates with electronic health record (EHR) systems to automatically analyze demographic and clinical risk factors, flag high-risk patients, and deliver evidence-based interventions to healthcare providers. The platform has pivoted to also offer Voice AI for Medicaid and Medicare Advantage plans, enabling large-scale member outreach, health risk assessments (HRAs), and audit-ready reporting. Founded in 2023 as a Y Combinator S23 company, Elythea has been clinically validated through international trials across the USA, Cameroon, and Nigeria.
