Envibe

Envibe is an open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides granular, per-variable access control for environment variables (.env files) in AI coding workflows. Designed for developers and teams using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, etc.), Envibe ensures sensitive secrets like API keys and passwords are protected from AI agents, with configurable access levels ranging from full access to complete hiding.
