Furniture Designer

Furniture Designer is an open-source MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables professionals and makers to automate the process of custom furniture design. By converting a furniture type and its dimensions into a ready-to-manufacture package, it generates technical specifications, structural validation, optimized cut layouts, BOM (Bill of Materials), step-by-step assembly instructions, and interactive HTML reports with a 3D viewer. It is particularly useful for furniture workshops, industrial designers, and engineers who need to streamline design-to-production workflows, and integrates both as a server and as a conversational plugin for assistants like Claude.
