Intel Machine Learning Scaling Library

Intel Machine Learning Scaling Library (Intel MLSL) was a library designed to provide efficient implementations of communication patterns used in deep learning, optimized for scalability across various interconnects and supporting popular deep learning frameworks. It included both the SDK and Intel MPI runtime components, and could be used with a range of Linux operating systems and compilers. As of now, the project has been discontinued by Intel, and users are instructed to migrate to the Intel oneAPI Collective Communications Library (oneCCL).
