Longhand

Longhand is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides lossless, persistent local memory for Claude Code sessions. It indexes and stores every tool call, file edit, and reasoning step directly on the user's machine, enabling fast, semantic recall of project history without any API calls, summaries, or reliance on external servers. Integrating with Claude Code and using local SQLite and ChromaDB databases, it empowers developers, researchers, and anyone relying on detailed project or coding session histories to find, replay, and analyze their complete unfiltered session data semantically, securely, and offline.
