Zoom IQ

Zoom IQ (now rebranded as Zoom AI Companion) is a generative AI assistant built directly into the Zoom platform that automatically summarizes meetings, composes chat messages and emails, captures action items, and answers in-meeting questions in real time. It uses a federated AI approach drawing on Zoom's own large language models alongside models from OpenAI and Anthropic. The sales-focused variant, Zoom IQ for Sales, was separately rebranded as Zoom Revenue Accelerator, offering conversation intelligence, deal analytics, and AI sales coaching for revenue teams.
