What problem does this solve?
Captures and analyzes real interview results to track what's actually working instead of practicing in isolation. The system scores transcripts across all formats (behavioral via Q&A parsing, system design via phase-based analysis, panel via interviewer dynamics) and maps scores to root causes. After 3+ real interviews, it detects scoring drift, compares practice scores against real outcomes, and recalibrates. Interview intelligence learns from every debrief: question patterns by company, what works and doesn't for you specifically, and feedback-outcome correlations.
How does it work?
Run round right after any real interview. It works with or without a transcript: Mode A (with transcript) captures impressions, scores the transcript, and updates all state in one command. Mode B (memory-only) captures impressions from recall. Output: interviewer signals, per-unit scoring if transcript available, all coaching state sections updated, and a triage-based recommendation for the next action. Run analyze separately if a transcript arrives days after the interview (after you already ran round). Run feedback when recruiter feedback or rejection reasons arrive to mine them for pattern insights. Run progress weekly to track your self-assessment accuracy, score trends, outcome correlation, and scoring calibration. Run strategy for a full search-level audit of your funnel, timeline, narrative coherence, and 2-week action plan.
