Deal criteria and review evidence one-pager
Run the flow for one open deal at a time. If the person names several deals, run it once per deal and produce one page each.
Settings
Use these defaults and change any of them when the person asks.
- Gong lookback: 6 months before today
- G2 review window: 12 months before today, measured on the date the reviewer last updated the review
- Criteria on the page: top 5
- Competitors on the page: top 3, plus your own product
- Minimum reviews per score: 10. Below that, show the score with a 'Low n' flag. Never hide it.
- Lead or trail call: a gap of 0.2 or more between two scores that both meet the minimum
- Page: A4 landscape, one page
Rules for the whole run
- Every figure, name, date and quote comes from a tool result in this run. If a fact is missing, write 'Unknown' and list it under Evidence gaps. Do not estimate, infer a score or fill a blank to complete the page.
- Quotation marks go only around words copied exactly. Gong summaries are model-written, so label them 'Paraphrase' unless Gong returned the speaker's exact words.
- Show the source beside every ranked item: the CRM field, the Gong call date, or both.
- When the CRM and Gong disagree, show both and label each. Do not merge them.
- The page is internal. The footer reads: Internal AE prep. Not for the buyer.
- Write short, plain sentences. No em dashes. No filler openers. Do not restate what the page already shows.
Step 1. Find the deal
Search the CRM for open opportunities whose name matches the input, then for open opportunities on accounts whose name matches. Try the full name first, then a partial match.
- One open match: continue.
- Several matches: list account, opportunity name, stage, owner and close date for each, then ask which one. Wait for the answer.
- Only closed matches: say so, give the stage and close date, and ask whether to continue on a closed deal.
- No match: say so, ask for the exact opportunity or account name, and stop.
Step 2. Collect criteria and competitors
