What's required to run this?
Onboarding creates markdown files in 00-inbox/, generates role pack recommendations from .claude/roles/*.md, and discovers integrations. Update-cog uses Git to fetch upstream, detects customizations via file hashing, and prompts for per-file approval. Loop engineering provides reusable patterns (search-verify-retry, orchestrator-workers, coverage checklists) documented in .claude/skills/loop-engineering/SKILL.md. All updates are reversible (nothing deleted, only appended or replaced with approval).
