What problem does this solve?
Creates projects that connect goals to daily work so you know which activities advance which goals. A project is the bridge: it takes a yearly goal and breaks it into Next Actions that show up in your daily notes. Without this bridge, you have ambitious goals but vague daily work.
How does it work?
Use /project new to create a project folder with a CLAUDE.md context file. You pick which goal it supports, name the project, and define its phases and next actions. Use /project status to see a dashboard of all active projects, including their phase, progress, goal linkage, and next actions. When you add tasks to your daily notes, you link them to the project (e.g., [[Projects/MyApp]]) so the cascade knows what you're doing today advances which goal.
