What problem does this solve?
Finance teams need to analyze complex financial reports and identify high-impact anomalies and variances efficiently, but manual analysis of multiple data sources is time-consuming and prone to missed insights.
How does it work?
Run Alteryx workflows 02-06 to generate AI-ready output files. Upload Data_Dictionary.txt and the five AI-ready CSV files (ai_closure_quality_tracking_feed.csv, ai_execution_hit_rate_scoreboard.csv, ai_high_impact_hotspot_seed.csv, ai_kpi_gap_median_opportunity.csv, ai_priority_variance_trace_manifest.csv) to Claude. Request analysis following prompting patterns: summarize largest signals ranked by business impact, highlight anomalies and missing evidence, ask the model to cite exact source file and columns for each claim. Compare model output back to original workflow files for validation before sharing.
What's the biggest win?
Grounded financial analysis with every conclusion traceable to source data, enabling faster identification of high-impact hotspots, variance drivers, and root causes with explicit documentation of evidence.
What should I know technically?
Upload Data_Dictionary.txt first to provide schema context. Upload AI-ready files before supporting detail files. Suggested prompting patterns: (1) Summarize the largest signals and rank them by business impact. (2) Highlight anomalies, missing evidence, and recommended next actions. (3) Ask the model to cite the exact source file and columns for each claim. Treat model output as analyst support only, not as final evidence.
What are the constraints?
Model responses must be validated against original workflow outputs before external sharing. Sensitive entity, person, supplier, or transaction identifiers must be masked. Analysis is limited to approved model environments for company data. Model response is analyst support, not authoritative final evidence.
