Automated Blog Engine That Writes in Your Brand Voice From Your Own Documents

13DrivenstackSeptember 2026

Generate on-brand blog posts daily in your verified voice without writing them yourself. The engine sources your own documents to ensure factual accuracy and voice consistency across multiple markets, then delivers WordPress-ready drafts for your final review.

What problem does this solve?

Businesses that serve several markets or service areas need regular content for each one, and the person whose voice the content has to sound like is the same person who has no time to write it. Generic AI writing tools fill the gap badly, because they produce content in nobody's voice, drawn from the model's own general knowledge rather than anything the business has verified, which is how factually wrong claims end up published under an owner's name.

How does it work?

  1. A scheduled scenario in Make.com, a visual automation platform, runs each morning and picks the market and topic for that day's post from a defined rotation rather than letting the model choose its own subject.

  2. The engine loads the owner's verified brand documents, which cover how they write, what they claim, and the facts they have approved for each market.

  3. An OpenAI model drafts the post using those documents as its source material, so the piece is written in the owner's voice and constrained to positions the business has actually verified.

  4. A matching image is generated for the post so the draft arrives complete rather than needing a separate design step.

  5. The draft is put through a written quality check before anyone sees it, and the result is returned in writing so the reviewer can see what was assessed instead of taking the output on trust.

  6. The finished post lands in WordPress as a draft, tagged to the right market, with the image attached.

  7. Nothing publishes automatically, so the owner reviews, edits if needed, and presses publish themselves.

Worked example: this was built for a luxury real estate agent covering five markets, who needed a daily post in her own voice across all of them.

What's the biggest win?

Every morning there is a finished, on-brand, market-specific draft with an image already sitting in WordPress, so the work left for the owner is reviewing rather than starting from nothing. Because the writing is constrained to verified brand documents and gated behind human approval, the volume does not come at the cost of publishing something the business cannot stand behind.

What's required to run this?

  • This runs on Make.com, a visual automation platform, which handles the daily schedule and connects the writing, image, quality check, and publishing steps.
  • An OpenAI API key is required, and it is used to draft the post, run the quality check, and generate the image.
  • A WordPress site with API access is required, because that is where the draft is created and where the image is uploaded.
  • The brand documents have to exist before the engine can run, covering the owner's voice, their verified claims, and the details specific to each market being written about.
  • A topic and market rotation has to be defined up front, since a daily engine with no topic source will repeat itself within weeks.
  • Someone has to actually review the drafts, because the approval gate only protects the brand if a person is using it.

What are the constraints?

  • Nothing is published automatically by design, so the value of the engine depends on someone reviewing and approving drafts on a regular basis.
  • The writing is limited to what the brand documents contain, which means a thin or outdated document set produces thin or outdated posts.
  • The quality check is an automated review against defined criteria and it is not a substitute for a human editor, so it catches consistency problems rather than judgement calls.
  • Publishing volume does not create search traffic on its own, and search engines actively penalise large amounts of unreviewed automated content, which is the reason the approval step exists rather than being an inconvenience to remove later.
  • Generated images are illustrative and must not be used to depict a real property, product, or person, because an invented image presented as a real one is a legal and reputational problem rather than a stylistic choice.
  • The engine writes and stages content, and it does not distribute it, so social posting, newsletters, and syndication are separate work.
