How does it work?
On first use, describe your goal, timeline, and starting situation. The plugin creates a quarterly milestone framework, saves it to memory, and generates your first daily tasks. Each subsequent day, ask for today's tasks, and it loads your goal from memory, shows your progress, and generates a prioritized list. You can request step-by-step breakdowns of any task, mark tasks complete, and trigger reviews. At session end, it summarizes progress and updates memory for the next session.

What's required to run this?
Uses Claude's memory_user_edits tool to persist goal state as structured entries (GTD Goal, GTD Progress, GTD Current Phase, etc.). Requires Claude account with memory system enabled. The plugin stores all state in human-readable text format in memory, so you can edit or reset it manually.
