Productivity Blueprint
Safety checkedConduct Weekly Reviews And Plan Next Week
Reviews accomplishments, project progress, and system health, then plans priorities for the next week.
What problem does this solve?
The \weekly command reviews the past week's work, checks all projects' progress and next actions, processes remaining inbox and waiting-for items, and plans the next week. This keeps the GTD system aligned with reality and maintains trust in the system.
How does it work?
- Run \weekly to start the review. 2. The system syncs with Todoist and Calendar first. 3. It compiles a weekly review file (weekly/YYYY-WXX.md) with accomplishments, project progress, and system health metrics. 4. It walks through each active project's info.md and tasks.md, with edit blocks to get your feedback and update progress. 5. It processes any remaining inbox, waiting-for, and someday-maybe items. 6. It then plans the next week's focus areas and priorities. Output: a weekly review log with accomplishments, project status updates, system metrics, and next week's plan.

What's required to run this?
Weekly files stored as weekly/YYYY-WXX.md (ISO week format). Review pulls data from all project info.md files and checks for next actions in tasks.md. Inbox and waiting-for metrics counted programmatically. System health metrics include item counts and user-provided trust level.
