Safety checkedSync With Todoist And Calendar
Synchronizes the GTD system with external tools (Todoist for tasks, Calendar for time-specific items).
What problem does this solve?
The \todoist and \calendar commands sync your GTD system with external tools so you maintain a single source of truth while capturing on mobile or referencing external calendars. This removes the friction of manual syncing and keeps your task list in sync across platforms.
How does it work?
- Run \todoist to sync Todoist tasks with your GTD inbox and projects. It pulls recent tasks from Todoist and merges them into the appropriate project's tasks.md or inbox.md. 2. Run \calendar to pull calendar events and time-specific items from your calendar into calendar.md. 3. Both commands run before daily and weekly reviews to ensure context is current. Output: GTD system stays synchronized with Todoist and Calendar, so mobile captures and calendar-based planning flow into your structured GTD workflow.
