Safety checkedProcess Inbox Into Actionable Tasks
Clarifies vague captures and converts them into specific next actions organized by project and context.
What problem does this solve?
Inbox items from capture need processing: clarifying scope, determining actionability, choosing context, and assigning to projects. Smart processing skips GTD steps when not needed (e.g., already-defined items skip 'What is it?'). This speeds up inbox processing while keeping the GTD methodology intact.
How does it work?
- Review captured items in inbox.md. 2. Run the processing step, which asks clarifying questions only when needed (skipping 'What is it?' for clear items, skipping 'Is it actionable?' for action verbs, etc.). 3. Choose or create the appropriate project and context. 4. Move the task to the project's tasks.md under the correct context section. 5. Create it in Todoist if not already synced. Output: inbox at zero with all items either completed or moved to projects.

What's required to run this?
Processing logic checks for action verbs, specific scope, and project assignment before deciding which GTD clarification steps to run. Tasks routed to projects/tasks.md, delegated items to waiting-for.md, and future items to someday-maybe.md based on actionability.
