Each generates a detailed review report you can approve, request changes, or use to revise the plan. 4. You approve the plan or revise and re-run review. Output: a locked plan that the build phase can trust, so architecture doesn't regress during implementation.

Plan reviews read the design doc written by /office-hours or /spec and produce a review report that gates downstream stages. /plan-ceo-review includes a second-opinion subagent that reviews the plan independently (Codex or Claude). Cross-session decision logging preserves rationale so you don't re-litigate decisions.
