Creates role-appropriate interview prep materials tailored to each candidate's background, so interviews focus on their specific gaps and strengths instead of generic questions. It includes a fillable template for consistent note-taking during the interview.

The framework automatically generates interview prep for candidates scoring ✅ or ⭐ on resume evaluation. The interview-prep agent loads questions from your organization's question bank (stored in .org/rubrics/), selects 6-10 relevant questions matching the role, adds 2-4 custom questions targeting gaps identified in the resume evaluation, and generates two files in each candidate's folder: INTERVIEW_PREP.md (study guide with background and key areas to explore) and INTERVIEW_NOTES.md (fillable template for the interviewer to complete during the interview). Output: ready-to-use interview materials per candidate.

Question banks must exist in .org/[org]/rubrics/ as *_interview_questions.md files matching role type (ic_interview_questions.md, manager_interview_questions.md). If no custom question bank exists, the agent uses default questions. The framework uses the haiku model for prep to keep costs low.
