Generate Batch Reports and CSV Export

Produces batch reports and CSV exports after evaluating multiple candidates so you can track pipeline progress, share results with hiring team, and maintain records. It fact-checks all claims across evaluations and generates both markdown summaries and structured data.

After completing a batch of evaluations (resume plus interview), the framework runs the fact-checker agent to verify factual claims across all evaluations, then launches the batch-reporter agent. The reporter scans all evaluation folders created in the current batch, extracts key data (name, role, resume score, interview score, recommendation), creates a markdown batch summary with stack ranking (strongest to weakest candidates), generates a CSV file for pipeline tracking, and saves both to reports/ folder with YYYY-MM-DD timestamp. Output: BATCH_YYYY-MM-DD.md (summary with emoji status and rankings) and BATCH_YYYY-MM-DD.csv (structured data for spreadsheet import).

Batch reports look for evaluation folders created on the same date. CSV files are not gitignored and safe to generate. They contain only evaluation metadata (names, scores, recommendations), not personal details or sensitive content.
