Safety checkedCapture Tasks With Smart Auto-Processing
Captures tasks and intelligently routes clear actions directly to projects while sending ambiguous items to inbox.
What problem does this solve?
The \capture command accepts any task or idea and uses AI to determine if it is clear enough to process immediately. Clear single actions with obvious context go directly to the appropriate project and Todoist, while vague or multi-step items go to inbox for later processing. This removes the manual decision work from capture.
How does it work?
- Run \capture [item] with any task or thought. 2. The AI analyzes clarity, context, project fit, and actionability. 3. If clear, it adds the task to the project's tasks.md file and creates it in Todoist with the appropriate context label. 4. If unclear, it goes to inbox.md with a timestamp for later processing. Output: tasks routed to the right place immediately, or queued for clarification.
