How does it work?
Run /ai-pm-copilot:pm-setup and when prompted, confirm codebase scanning. Context-scanner reads your codebase, identifies features, tech stack, and integrations, presents findings for your validation, then saves to .claude/product-context/ files. Inputs: your codebase (automatic). Output: populated context files ready for all agents to use, with 10-15 minutes saved vs manual entry.

What's required to run this?
Uses Claude Haiku for fast file operations and data extraction (efficient compared to Opus). Scans files using Read/Glob/Grep tools. All findings include evidence (file paths) and confidence scores (high/medium/low). Requires user validation before saving context files. Does not perform code quality, security, or performance analysis (engineering territory).
