What problem does this solve?
Runs the full distillation process from intent to deployed skill. You input a person's name or topic; the system executes diagnostic routing (clarify what they need), 6-way parallel research (writings, conversations, expression, external views, decisions, timeline), triple-verified framework extraction, SKILL.md construction with agentic protocol, and quality validation before handing you a runnable perspective.
How does it work?
- Provide intent (person name or topic): the orchestrator diagnoses whether you need a pre-built skill or a new distillation. 2. If new distillation: spawn 6 research agents in parallel (each covers a thinking dimension), feed results into synthesis phase. 3. Triple-verify each extracted mental model (cross-domain repetition, predictive power, uniqueness). 4. Generate SKILL.md with identity card, mental models, decision heuristics, expression DNA, time line, values, epistemic boundaries. 5. Validate against known positions (sanity test), edge cases, and voice consistency. Output: a deployed perspective skill in your runtime's skills directory, ready to activate.

What's required to run this?
The orchestrator delegates live discovery to subagents against the repo's actual README and SKILL.md, flagging any injection attempts. Requires WebSearch or equivalent research capability for Phase 1. If you provide local primary sources (books, transcripts, videos), Phase 1 shifts to local-first mode with targeted web supplement for gaps. Python 3.7+ utility scripts (merge_research.py, quality_check.py) available in the skill's scripts/ directory for offline validation if needed.
