What problem does this solve?
Provides tooling to ensure research quality across the distillation pipeline. Includes parallel agent coordination for 6-dimensional source collection (writings, conversations, expression, external views, decisions, timeline), automated research aggregation, quality validation against known positions and edge cases, and triple-verification of mental models before deployment.
How does it work?
- Invoke research tools via CLI or agent delegation: download subtitles from video sources, clean transcripts, merge multi-agent research outputs. 2. Run quality checks:
python3 quality_check.py <SKILL.md>validates 6 dimensions (model count, epistemic boundaries, expression DNA, research coverage, source diversity). 3. Use validation workflows: test extracted framework against 3 known positions (sanity check), 1 unknown question (edge case), and voice consistency audit. Output: quality report with PASS/FAIL per dimension and remediation guidance.

What's required to run this?
Scripts are located in [skill]/scripts/ directory: download_subtitles.sh (bash, requires youtube-dl or yt-dlp), srt_to_transcript.py (Python 3.7+), merge_research.py (Python 3.7+), quality_check.py (Python 3.7+). If running the orchestrator offline or in a constrained environment, these scripts enable local validation without agent delegation. Requires the skill directory structure (references/research/ subdirectories) to exist before running merge or validation scripts.
