Centralizes all job pipeline data (discovered URLs, evaluated offers, applications, outcomes) in markdown tables and TSV files with integrity checks, dedup logic, and pattern analysis. Your entire job search stays in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets, notes, and email.
How does it work?
Data lives in three files: data/pipeline.md (pending URLs to evaluate), data/applications.md (tracker of evaluated/applied offers), data/scan-history.tsv (all URLs ever seen, deduplicated). 1. Run /career-ops pipeline to process pending URLs: for each URL, auto-detect if it's already evaluated, skip it if so, otherwise evaluate it. 2. Run /career-ops tracker to view/filter applications by company, role, score, status. 3. Run /career-ops patterns to analyze offer patterns: common companies, score trends, status distribution, time-to-interview by archetype. 4. Post-evaluation, run merge-tracker.mjs to merge batch additions into tracker. 5. Run normalize-statuses.mjs to enforce canonical states. 6. Run verify-pipeline.mjs and dedup-tracker.mjs for health checks. Output: a clean, deduplicated, normalized tracker with pattern insights.

What's required to run this?
Pipeline, tracker, and scan-history live in data/ (gitignored). Merge script (merge-tracker.mjs) handles TSV format normalization (column order swap: status BEFORE score in TSV, AFTER in applications.md). All maintenance scripts (verify, normalize, dedup) output canonical JSON for programmatic consumption. Report numbering is sequential 3-digit zero-padded; reserve-report-num.mjs prevents collisions.
