What problem does this solve?
Stop spending outbound and enrichment on cold lists. Find and prioritize the prospects your partners already sell to, ranked by fit, with the right buyer and an angle for each.
How does it work?
- Provide a source of prospects either through a CRM or warehouse filter, prospects you sync into Crossbeam, or a pasted company list. Specify your product or goal and, optionally, an ICP, types of partners, and exclusions.
- Selects relevant partner pools, then find overlapping prospects among partner customers and open opportunities. Excludes existing customers, labels open opportunities as already in motion, and identifies genuine net-new accounts separately when requested.
- Score and rank accounts by partner coverage, ICP fit, contact availability, and recency. Enrich the top accounts with partner-shared contacts and context, and optionally use Clay for gaps after confirming the credit use.
- Produce the ranked list with partner context, contact availability, a per-account angle, and conflict flags. Provide optional first-touch drafts and hand off to a MAP or sequencer only after review and confirmation. Output: a ranked ecosystem-qualified prospect list, with optional reviewed first-touch drafts.
What's the biggest win?
A ranked, ready-to-work list of prospects your partners already sell to, with the right contact and an angle for each, built in one session instead of hours of manual research. All built from account mapping and account intelligence that partners are sharing with you.
What's required to run this?
- Crossbeam connector: required to access partner overlap and shared contact data; connect through the Claude connector directory or crossbeam.com and authenticate to the correct organization. Learn more about Crossbeam's AI connectors and MCP here: https://help.crossbeam.com/en/articles/12601327-crossbeam-mcp-server
- Prospect source: provide a CRM report or filter, warehouse query, Crossbeam prospect population, or pasted company list.
- ICP definition: configure what a good-fit account looks like to inform ranking.
- Partner types or anchor partners: optional; tags help select relevant partner pools automatically.
- Exclusions: configure partner and investor accounts that reps must not prospect.
- CRM or warehouse connector: optional, used for segment or territory resolution and to identify accounts already owned.
- MAP or sequencer connector: optional, used to hand off the reviewed list and drafts.
- Clay connector: optional, used to fill contact and firmographic gaps for top-ranked accounts; enrichment uses Clay credits and requires approval before running.
- Target personas for Clay: optional, used to search for contacts when a partner has not shared a priority-role contact.
What are the constraints?
Crossbeam only surfaces account intelligence and insights that your partners choose to share on your accounts.
Crossbeam’s AI connectors and MCP are available on every plan, including Free. Each plan includes a set amount of AI Credits, and you can buy more. The amounts and ability to purchase more credits vary by plan. Learn more at crossbeam.com/pricing.
