G2 built SummitWorks, a simulated B2B SaaS company for evaluating AI customer service agents in a realistic, repeatable environment.

Its support queue is populated with customers and cases and connected to a Slack workspace, email inbox, and billing system. Every vendor’s agent receives an identical version of the company and the same goal: resolve the same customer case. G2 observes how each agent works and scores the results.
