Sales Blueprint
Safety checkedAlert reps when high-intent visitors arrive in chat/website
Capture buyer intent the moment prospects evaluate your pricing, qualify them automatically with AI, and alert your sales team in Slack while they're still on your site. Your reps can jump into live conversations with full context instead of chasing cold form submissions.

What problem does this solve?
The best moment to talk to a buyer is while they're evaluating you: reading your pricing page, comparing plans, hesitating over "Contact Sales." By the time that visit turns into a form fill (if it ever does), the momentum is gone and the follow-up lands in an inbox. Sales teams rarely watch live chat dashboards, so even when high-intent visitors do start conversations, reps find out hours later. This workflow closes the gap: intent is detected on the page, the AI engages and qualifies immediately, and the humans who can close are alerted where they actually live - Slack - while the visitor is still in the conversation.
How does it work?
When a prospect lingers on your pricing or enterprise page, a Flow opens the conversation, Lyro AI qualifies them and collects their details, and your sales team gets pinged in Slack with everything gathered: so a rep can step in while the buyer is still on the site.
- A Tidio Flow triggers when a visitor lands on your high-intent page (like pricing), waits 30 seconds to confirm they are still there, then offers help.
- If they accept, Lyro AI takes the conversation and qualifies them by collecting name, email, and company.
- The collected data writes to contact properties and triggers a Zapier action that posts an alert with all details into your sales Slack channel.
- A rep opens the conversation in Tidio and joins live while the visitor is still engaged.
Output: qualified prospects automatically handed to sales reps mid-conversation with context already gathered.
What's the biggest win?
Reps respond to high-intent moments within minutes instead of hours, starting each takeover with prospect name, company, and context already collected.
What's required to run this?
- Tidio Flow (intent detection)
Create a Flow with the Visitor opens specific page trigger and add your high-intent page URL (the chat widget must be installed on that page).
-
Add a Delay node (around 30 seconds), then a Current URL Condition node with the same URL — this confirms the visitor is still on the page rather than a quick bounce.
-
Add a Decisions node asking whether they'd like help — phrase it for your business ("Want to talk through pricing?") — with Yes/No buttons. On Yes, end the Flow there; with your Lyro AI agent enabled, Lyro takes the conversation over seamlessly.
- Lyro Action (qualification + data collection)
-
Create a Lyro Action triggered when the visitor wants to discuss pricing, plans, or a purchase. In the Action prompt, describe exactly what to collect and what to do if something can't be collected (for example: if no company name, explain you only sell to businesses and stop).
-
In the Action's Sequence Editor, define the Input Variables you need (name, email, company) in the Collect Information node, then write them to contact fields with Update Contact Property nodes — this is what makes the data available to Zapier.
-
Add a Send to Zapier node, name it, and copy the Integration Key. End the sequence with a handoff to operators.
- Zapier → Slack
- Create a Zap with Tidio → Contact Sent From the Bot as the trigger, connected with the Integration Key from the previous step.
- Add Slack → Send Channel Message as the action: pick your sales team's channel, map the collected contact data into the message text, and add @here if the whole team should see it.
- Use a dedicated sales channel, and agree on a claim convention (an emoji reaction) so two reps don't jump into the same conversation.
- Live takeover in Tidio
-
The alerted rep opens the conversation in the Tidio panel, assigns it to themselves, and joins — the transcript gives them everything Lyro gathered. Reps should announce themselves ("Hi, I'm Anna from the team — taking over from our assistant") so the transition is transparent to the visitor.
-
Tidio account with Flow feature and the chat widget installed on your high-intent pages.
-
Lyro AI agent enabled in Tidio (creates the Action for qualification).
-
Zapier account: required to connect Tidio contact data to Slack (uses the Integration Key from the Lyro Action).
-
Slack workspace with a dedicated sales channel for alerts.
What are the constraints?
The Slack connection runs through Zapier (Tidio → Contact Sent From the Bot), so a Zapier account is required alongside Tidio and Slack. The workflow's value depends on coverage — alerts fired outside working hours go unanswered, so either schedule the Flow for business hours or let Lyro carry the conversation when nobody claims it. Choose genuinely high-intent pages for the trigger; putting it on high-traffic pages turns the Slack channel into noise. No coding required at any step. On Tidio's Plus and Premium plans, the Implementation Team can set this up for you.
