What does this do

Detect B2B SaaS accounts at risk of churning before cancellation requests by combining G2 buyer intent signals with internal health data to enable proactive customer success interventions

How It Works

Step 1: Query G2 MCP for competitive research activity across customer base, flagging accounts researching competitor products. Step 2: For flagged accounts, pull internal health signals (usage trends, NPS, support tickets, champion stability, renewal proximity) and build composite risk scores. Step 3: Combine G2 intent signals (35% weight) with usage decline (25%), health trajectory (20%), champion stability (10%), and renewal proximity (10%) into single churn probability score (0-100), segmenting into Critical (80+), High (60-79), Medium (40-59), and Watch tiers. Step 4: Generate tailored save play briefs for Critical/High accounts including specific G2 research activity, internal signals, recommended interventions, value realization points, and competitive counter-messaging. Step 5: Produce weekly CS leadership digest tracking risk tier movements, at-risk pipeline by segment, save play win/loss tracking, and early warning accounts.
