What problem does this solve?
Gives your product team Claude-powered PM guidance that understands your product context, writing style, and process. It runs inside Claude Code (no external setup), so instead of context-switching to a new tool, you work directly in your project and ask Claude to write PRDs, define metrics, analyze competitors, or plan sprints with your team already in the room.
How does it work?
- Drop CLAUDE.md and the skills folder into your project root (60 seconds). 2. Fill in your context (role, product, metrics, OKRs, team roles) in CLAUDE.md. 3. Open Claude Code in your project. It loads automatically. 4. Use any skill by name: write a PRD, define success metrics, analyze a competitor, plan a sprint, synthesize research, or review a launch plan. Output: PM deliverables (PRDs, checklists, metrics frameworks) that carry your context and voice.

What should I know technically?
Requires Claude Code (the desktop client) because the setup relies on local file discovery and context loading at session start. CLAUDE.md must be in your project root; Claude loads it automatically when you start Claude Code in that directory. Skills stored in .claude/skills/ are loaded on demand by trigger phrase. File paths and casing are strict.
What should I watch out for?
CLAUDE.md must stay under 150 lines or Claude begins ignoring instructions. Prune aggressively. Skills are generic examples. Their real power emerges when you customize them with your actual product data. Sessions degrade after 40-50 exchanges; use handoff files or /clear to reset. This setup is Claude Code only; it requires Code access, not the web chat.
