What problem does this solve?

Too many channels, across too many tools. Subject matter updates and user sentiment scatter across Slack, Teams, Notion, Jira, Confluence, with no single place to track it all. This tool solves that: it builds a scheduled listener that synthesizes everything you need to know into one easy to digest place, so you can keep tabs on a topic or how users perceive your tools across every channel, without manually checking each one.

How does it work?

Three parts, set up once per topic: Source: the tool it watches (Slack, Teams, email, Jira, Confluence, or a website). It only sees what you can already see there.

Sink: where results collect, a running log you can check anytime (a Slack canvas, a Confluence/Notion page, a Google Doc, or a local document).

Notifier: how you're told, a Slack DM, an email draft, or nothing at all if you'd rather just check the log yourself.

What's the biggest win?

Set it up once per topic and stop manually checking channels.

What should I know technically?

One listener per topic, per channel. Watching multiple topics means setting up separate listeners. If a listener feels noisy, the fix is telling it more clearly what to ignore, not just what to catch. Runs on a lightweight, cost-efficient AI model since it's a well-defined recurring task.

What are the constraints?

Only sees what your own account has access to; it won't catch activity in channels or spaces you're not part of. Website-based listeners only run while the app is open, and only read pages, they never click, submit, or change anything. Only writes to the single log you set up, never anywhere else. That log itself may be visible to your team if you choose a shared destination like a Slack canvas or team Confluence page; pick a personal doc if you want it fully private.
