Safety checkedWrite Cold Email & Deal Follow-ups With Frameworks
Drafts effective B2B sales emails using buyer psychology, trigger routing, and voice profiles. Covers cold outreach, deal follow-ups, warm intros, and post-call sequences.
What problem does this solve?
Writes emails that sound like they came from your best rep because they use structured frameworks (Schwartz awareness levels, Nowoslawski angles, Poke the Bear) to match prospect stage, pull in proven persuasion language, and apply any trained voice profile so tone stays consistent. Instead of writing generic emails from scratch, you provide the trigger (cold outreach, post-demo, stalled deal, post-call), and the skill routes to the right framework, gathers context, reads your voice profile if available, and drafts an email ready for review.
How does it work?
You tell the skill what email to write: 'Draft a cold email to the VP of Sales at Acme about our data tool' or 'Write a follow-up after that demo call with Sarah.' The skill loads your gtm-context.md (if it exists) for company and ICP context, checks for an existing email thread with the contact, reads the relevant reference files (cold-outreach.md for cold, deal-followup.md for follow-ups), applies the appropriate framework based on trigger type and prospect awareness level, and generates a draft. If you have a voice profile trained on your writing, it applies that tone. The output is a complete email draft with reasoning shown, ready for you to adjust and send.

What's required to run this?
Requires gtm-context.md for ICP and messaging (works without it, but emails are less personalized). Reads voice profiles from .agents/voice-profiles/{name}.md if they exist (trained via text-trainer skill). Reads reference files from the installed skill directory for framework details (cold-outreach.md, deal-followup.md, warm-intros.md, trigger-routing.md, buyer-psychology.md). No API keys needed; pure agent logic.
Key Features
Trigger Routing
Automatically selects the right framework based on email type: cold outreach uses Schwartz/Nowoslawski angles, deal follow-ups use stage-conditional logic, warm intros use lighter structure.
Buyer Psychology Frameworks
Applies Schwartz awareness levels (unaware, problem-aware, solution-aware, product-aware) and Nowoslawski angles (vision, poke-the-bear, social proof) to match prospect stage.
Voice Profile Matching
Reads .agents/voice-profiles/{name}.md if available and applies tone, word choice, and anti-patterns from your trained voice profile for consistent sound.
Post-Call Follow-up Conditional
When given a call transcript, extracts commitments, pricing discussed, objections, promised resources, and next steps, then includes all of them in the follow-up with exact numbers and details.
Sequence Building
Can write multi-email sequences with varying angles, thread them correctly (Email 2 replies to Email 1, Email 3 starts fresh), and add a breakup email at the end.
