Build and Launch Signal-Triggered Campaigns

0June 2026

Turn signals or account segments into complete email sequences ready to load into your outbound tool.

What problem does this solve?

Converts a signal or a set of accounts sharing a signal into a live outreach campaign by defining trigger logic, segmenting by ICP tier and persona, and writing email copy that passes the PVP standard (permissionless value prop). The output is not a rough draft; it is a sequence ready to load into your outbound tool.

How does it work?

  1. Specify the trigger: a single signal, multiple signals in combination, or a suppression condition (don't reach out if they're already a customer). 2. Run signal-to-sequence; Claude segments the target list by ICP tier and persona, then designs a sequence structure (touches, channels, cadence). 3. Claude writes copy for each touch. Email 1 leads with a signal hook and passes the PVP standard (valuable even without a CTA). Later touches shift angle or offer assets. 4. Claude defines a measurement plan (reply rate, meeting rate targets by tier). Output: a campaign folder with brief, sequence copy by tier, and metrics template ready to load into your outbound tool.

What's required to run this?

Campaigns are organized in outputs/campaigns/[date]-[name]/ with brief.md, sequences/ folder (tier1.md, tier2.md, tier3.md), and metrics.md. Output is formatted for direct loading into outbound tools like Apollo, Outreach, or HubSpot. Personalization tokens (first name, company, signal context) are included in copy templates.

Key Features

Trigger logic definition

Specify single-signal, multi-signal, or suppression-based triggers with clear activation thresholds before writing copy.

Tier-based segmentation

Segments target list by ICP tier (Tier 1 gets 6-8 touches with high personalization; Tier 3 gets 4-5 templated touches).

PVP-standard copy

Email 1 (signal hook) delivers market intelligence that the prospect finds valuable even without buying. Later touches shift angle with proofs or assets.

Multi-channel structure

Designs email, LinkedIn, and phone touches. Tier 1 uses all channels; Tier 3 is email-first.

Measurement plan

Defines reply rate, meeting rate, and pipeline targets by tier with review cadence (2 weeks, then 6 weeks).
