Sales Blueprint
Diagnose GTM Health From Public Data
Scores a company across 7 GTM infrastructure dimensions in 60 seconds using only web search. Identifies red flags and priority fixes. Optional Exa integration for faster research.
What problem does this solve?
Runs 6 sequential web searches to diagnose any company's GTM infrastructure health, scores 7 dimensions (Sales/Ops ratio, enrichment maturity, outbound infrastructure, data hygiene, automation, role scope creep, ops hire timing), identifies the 3 biggest red flags, and produces a diagnosis with priority fixes (all from public data: career pages, JD bodies, public LinkedIn, company site). Instead of guessing from fragmented information, you provide a domain and the skill returns a 7/10 overall health score, specific evidence, and actionable red flags you can immediately reference in outreach.
How does it work?
You run the skill with a domain: '/gtm-scorecard ramp.com' or '/gtm-scorecard:prospect ramp.com' (prospect mode includes contact discovery plus outreach draft). The skill runs 6 searches: (1) company fundamentals plus funding, (2) SDR/AE hiring (job titles and counts), (3) RevOps/ops hiring, (4) deep-dive into 1-2 SDR JD bodies for strain signals, (5) tech stack mentions in JDs and career pages, (6) team structure and ops leadership. It then scores 7 dimensions (Sales/Ops ratio, enrichment maturity, outbound infrastructure, data hygiene, automation maturity, role scope creep, ops hire timing), identifies 3 red flags, produces a diagnosis, and suggests priority fixes. Optional: if EXA_API_KEY is set, uses Exa to surface JD bodies and people search faster. Prospect mode adds contact discovery (CEO or VP Sales) and a 4-6 sentence outreach DM with a specific observation from the scorecard.

What's required to run this?
Uses web search only (Bing, Google) for core scorecard. No API keys required for basic use. Optional: set EXA_API_KEY to use Exa /contents (for JD body extraction) and /search (for people discovery). Both are faster than web search and reduce API calls. Requires .agents/gtm-context.md to be optional. If present, scorecard uses it only to calibrate fix prescriptions and outreach framing (per evidence firewall rules, never to influence diagnosis). Can batch-score multiple domains from a text file (one domain per line) via /gtm-scorecard:batch.
Key Features
7-Dimension Scorecard
Sales/Ops ratio, enrichment maturity, outbound infrastructure, data hygiene, automation maturity, role scope creep, ops hire timing. Each scored 1-10 with specific evidence.
Red Flag Extraction
Identifies the 3 lowest-scoring dimensions and explains the 'what most people miss' insight for each. Why that gap matters for GTM.
Confidence Gating
Flags inferred scores with (inferred) and marks low-confidence findings. All tool/tech claims carry verbatim quote plus source URL plus live/dead tag.
JD Deep-Dive
Reads full job description bodies (via ATS API, Exa, or web-scraping) to detect strain signals: SDRs doing CRM admin, ops work in seller job titles, manual research requirements.
Prospect Mode Optional
Use :prospect suffix to add best-contact discovery and a specific outreach DM that opens with a red-flag observation, not generic pitch.
